We invite you to come along and connect through shared interests and hobbies. All suggestions welcome!

'I was delighted to be invited to join our COPD singing group this afternoon. They currently have 3 regular attendees with 3 of our lovely practice champions supporting the group. With Kat on the piano instructing the group and Angela and Carla making tea and biscuits and supporting the group. Everyone appeared to be having a lovely time with lots of laughing (good for lungs). They started with some excellent breathing exercises. They were keen to tell me they couldn't sing but I was so impressed with how good they sounded. One of the group plays the guitar and the group often sings along. I had a thoroughly enjoyable hour with the group' - Helen, Practice Nurse at Stour Surgery

'During my recent holiday, I found that I really enjoyed the singalong activity which was organised by the entertainment team at my hotel. Having learnt everything we've practiced in the Stour COPD singers group, I was able to join in and sing much louder and more confidently that I would have done before, so thank you so much' - Group Attendee
